When will I receive the merchandise I ordered?

Merchandise shipping times vary by location. As a standard rule, please allow 7-10 business days for US shipping and 11-17 business days for Canada and Europe.

Please note if you purchased merchandise with your ticket(s) utilizing the payment plan option, your order and shipment will not be processed until final payment is received. Please allow 10-17 days (depending on shipping location) from final payment to receive merchandise.

What happens if there is bad weather?

The show will go on rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, you will be contacted regarding a reschedule or a refund.

Will concessions be available for purchase? Can I bring a cooler?

Most drive-in theaters offer concessions on the theater grounds. Some offer food, drinks, and snacks before the show, while others will offer food throughout the show. Please see your local theater for details regarding concessions and rules around bringing in outside food and drink.

How do I hear the concert?

Sound will be broadcast through FM radio. Please see your local theater for details. To limit car battery usage, bring a battery-operated radio to listen to the concert.

Where do I park?

Parking is on a first-come-first-served basis. The show is expected to be full. Please arrive early. Theater staff reserves the right to move cars as needed. Guests must follow theater speed limits, cones, and marked lanes. Please check with your local theater for specific parking instructions.

What time does the show start?

Advertised start time is approximate. Most shows begin as soon as the sun goes down. Gates typically open an hour before showtime. Please check with your local theater for exact start time and gate time.

Are there restrictions around the type of vehicle allowed?

Passenger cars and trucks are permitted. RVs and limousines are not permitted. Each guest must have a seat belt. No more than six passengers per car.

What health and safety guidelines do you have in place?

The exclusive experience will adhere to guidelines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as all state and local public health mandates. Encore Drive-In Nights has partnered with leading health experts to establish procedures for staff and fans. Guests and staff will adhere to current CDC and state/local guidelines regarding social distancing as it pertains to the following in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Please check with your local theater for specific health and safety rules and guidelines.

What is Encore Drive-In Nights?

Encore Drive-In Nights is a special one-night-only concert experience, airing at drive-in theaters across the U.S. and Canada.

How do I buy tickets?

Tickets are available for purchase right here on our site via our ticketing partner, TIXR.com. Visit the artist’s page from the home page to find the theater closest to you to purchase your ticket.

How much do tickets cost?

Ticket price varies per show. All VIP and General Admission tickets are sold per vehicle, up to six people per car or truck.

Is the show live?

The Encore Drive-In Nights concert experience was filmed exclusively for this one-time-only event. The show is not live and the artist will not be in attendance.
