GENERAL INFORMATION
What is Encore Nights?

Encore Nights is a special one-night-only exclusive concert experience on the big screen, streamed at drive-in theaters across the U.S. and Canada. It is a family friendly, affordable, fun and safe way to enjoy a music event!  All Encore Nights concerts are exclusively produced with brand new content.

Drive In & rock out to great music by top artists. Feel free to dance & sing along outside of your cars at our drive-in events. They are specifically designed to allow you to have a great concert experience close to home! 

Is the show live?

The Encore Nights concert experience will be either filmed exclusively and broadcast for this event or live-streamed exclusively for this one-time-only event. The artist(s) will not be physically in-person at your venue.

What happens if there is bad weather?

The show will go on rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, you will be contacted by your local venue and/ or Encore Nights regarding a reschedule or a refund. Please check local venue sites for up to date information on show days.

Are there restrictions around the type of vehicle allowed?

Passenger cars and trucks are permitted. RVs and limousines are not permitted. Each guest must have a seat belt. One ticket is valid for no more than six (6) passengers per car.

What health and safety guidelines do you have in place?

The Encore Nights experience will adhere to current guidelines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as all state and local public health mandates. Encore Nights has partnered with leading health experts to establish procedures for staff and fans. Guests and staff will adhere to current CDC and state/local guidelines regarding social distancing as it pertains to the following in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Please check with your local theater for specific health and safety rules and guidelines as rules do vary state by state and by venue.

Will concessions be available for purchase? Can I bring a cooler?

Most drive-in theaters offer concessions right on the theater grounds. Some offer food, drinks, and snacks before the show, while others will offer food throughout the show. Please see your local theater site for details regarding concessions and rules around bringing in outside food and drink. Rules do vary by venue.

How do I buy tickets?

Tickets are available for purchase right here on our site via our ticketing partner, TIXR.com. Visit the artist’s page from the home page to find the theater closest to you to purchase your ticket.

How do I choose a ticket tier?

All tickets regardless of tier name are general admission tickets. All general admission tickets are first come first serve parking. Get tickets early for the best pricing as tiers are limited and some ticket tiers may sell out.

How much do tickets cost?

Ticket price varies per show. All VIP and General Admission tickets are sold per vehicle, up to six people per car or truck. All GA tickets, including all tiers are first come first serve parking spaces.

What happens if the event at my local venue is cancelled?

Cancellations do occur from time to time for reasons out of our control. If a cancellation does occur, you will be notified by Encore Nights trough the email address listed within your ticketing account. If available, you may be offered a ticket to the next closest venue. If a cancellation occurs and you are not given an alternate ticketing option - your ticket purchase will be automatically refunded. Please check the email associated with your TIXR and Encore Nights account for more information.

How do I hear the concert?

Sound will be broadcast through FM radio. Please see your local theater for exact details. To limit car battery usage, we suggest bringing a battery-operated radio with you to listen to the concert.

What time does the show start?

Advertised start time on our site is approximate. Most shows begin as soon as the sun goes down. Gates typically open an hour before showtime. Please check with your local theater for exact start time and gate time as that is cotrolled at the local venue level.

What should I bring to the drive-in?

Make sure that you have your ticket confirmation with you when you arrive. You may also want to bring a battery operated FM radio, blankets, bug spray or lawn chairs with you to sit outside of your car. Many fans park into spaces backwards, open up the hatch or pop the tailgate, and sit outside so that they can interact with the show. Check your venue website for rules on prohibited items, parking and other items.

When will I receive the merchandise I ordered?

Due to the impact of carrier delays, increased order volume and COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in shipping. It may take longer than usual for your order to arrive.

Merchandise shipping times vary by location. As a standard rule, please allow 11-14 business days for US shipping and 11-17 business days for Canada and Europe.

Please note if you purchased merchandise with your ticket(s) utilizing the payment plan option, your order and shipment will not be processed until final payment is received. Please allow 11-17 days (depending on shipping location) from final payment to receive merchandise.

Where do I park?

Parking is on a first-come-first-served basis. The show is expected to be full. Please arrive early. Theater staff reserves the right to move cars as needed. Guests must follow theater speed limits, cones, and marked lanes. Please check with your local theater for specific parking instructions.
